    We had an amazing stay. Staff were very nice and accommodating. We love our beach front room! Great view and space. The shower needs a little improvement. Also pleasantly surprised that the pool was heated, so it was lovely to swim at night.

    During my stay, I lost about 10,000 PHP cash inside my hotel room. I reported this incident to the front‑desk staff right away. The hotel promised to conduct an investigation and send me the outcome by email the next day. It has now been three days, and I have not received any follow‑up email or any update from the hotel at all. No one reached out to me regarding this matter. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of accountability and poor after‑sales service. While the hotel’s facilities are acceptable, their response to guest property‑loss issues is completely unsatisfactory. I would warn other travellers to be extra careful with their valuables here.
