    Arrived and was told I could not check in till 4pm so I asked them if they can contact me if the room is ready earlier and they had no interest to provide that simple service. Two days in a row we asked to clean the room in English and Taiwanese and all they did both days was drop off towels. It seems they want to do the minimum possible but the day of check out they are eager to get you out of the room by 11am so much that they called my room to remind me 10 minutes before check out.
