Super friendly and helpful hosts. Cute little cozy rooms. Affordable. On very cold nights, would pack a pair of slippers as the old rooms stay a bit chilly.

This is our favorite Colorado stay. Extremely friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, well maintained grounds, wonderful location.
