About this house rental

This is a cute little house that backs up to 80+ acres of a conservatory. It also has no house on the left so allows for a lot of nature and quiet. Beautiful view of mountains from the backyard! It has a wonderful fireplace for the winter months that heats the whole house. Close to just about everything in Salida and Poncha Springs. 15-20 minutes to Monarch Mountain and the hot springs. So much to do in this beautiful town.
3 bedrooms that make this perfect for families. Master bedroom has a new king bed and has a connecting bathroom. The bathroom has the washer and dryer in it. The second bedroom has a queen bed in it and the third bedroom has full size bunk beds. In the living room is a beanbag chair that converts to a queen bed and there is also a twin size cot available. Does not have AC but it it not really needed. Has a park that is walking distance!
Currently the house is only available to rent for 30 days or more due to regulations in Poncha Springs. You don't have to stay for 30 days but it would need to be rented for 30 days! I have it priced that you can rent the whole month for the price of other homes for 2 weeks!
