    We initially booked a Deluxe Double for a couple in Villa In Blue. 2 days before our trip, we decided to add one more person so I called the Hotel to ask if we could add anotehr mattress to our room ( will pay extra, of course). They lady on the phone was gracious enough to explain that they only allowed 2 people max in the room we reserved because it was not big enough for another person. And suggested we upgrade to a bigger room in Sea Dreams hotel ( the building beside Villa Im Blue which also belonged to the same owner). The room was also for 2 people but they would allow an additional bed to be added. It cost 7,800 ( from the 4k plus that we initially reserved) and we also had to add another 1000 for the extra person. So we did. When we arrived, the security guard didn't know how to approach guests. We were kinda clueless as to where to go since the entrance had no people in it. No one instructed us where the concierge was ( which was situated inside , by restaurant. Behind the hotel buildings). Our room was very big ( more like family size. So it was weird that they said it was only good for 2.). It had a very nice view. They only had 3 small complimentary (350 ml Nature' s Spring) water bottles in the room . Hotel rules said NO OUTSIDE DRINKS OR FOOD. And they didn't provide free purified water or had any dispenser in the hotel. The restaurant also did not have any free service water!! You had to buy your water from them. Imagine staying in a beach front hotel with no free drinking water and the restaurant was only open up to 8 or 9 pm. All the staff also went home. It was pitch black in the hotel grounds past 9 pm! The security guard outside was the only person who can assist you. You have to go out to the nearest store if you happened to get hungry or thirsty at night. I understand that this is a business establishment, but seriously?? Drinking water is a basic necessity. It shouldn't be made into a money making scheme. All in all, it felt like a money making establishment than a home away from home where every move you make requires payment even down to the most basic need a human being can have...DRINKING WATER.
