This hotel is amazing. It was our first time to visit Hurgada and it was beyond my expectations . The staff are amazing, the hotel is nothing short of stunning. As we arrived we were greated by a nice lady who gave us a warm welcome and cold towels. The receptionist was very nice and polite . We were checked in in no time. The beach is spacious, the sea is amazing - the clearest water and excellent opportunities for snorkeling, a lot of corals and fish right next to the shore. The room was comfortable, the cleaning is top notch, towels and water are always fresh. The food is varied: a large selection of dishes in the main restaurant, as well as several a la carte restaurants. There are always fresh fruits, desserts and delicious drinks . One note to the administration that during the dinner at the main they offered no drinks at all (unlike breakfast) and we had to pay for the drink during our dinner. Special thanks to the staff - very polite, attentive and friendly. They are always ready to help and do everything to make your vacation comfortable. The beach was sandy and very clean, stunning – crystal clear water, soft sand, and plenty of space to relax. it had two sections one for swimming and one for snorkeling Beach over the path which doesn’t get too busy either. Snorkeling easy even in shallow water. Beach shoes would be useful. Adults only pools & beach which is great for travellers without kids. Hardly heard any noise. Overall, a lovely relaxing holiday which is what we needed. Things to improve 1- Value for money: The hotel is too much overpriced compared to the rest of the hotels in the area with the same level and with less amenities. 2- The staff are excellent: but one drop happened that concierge department called to confirm my checkout time which was 7AM and they never showed up on time. 3- Dress code: I like the idea that no shorts were allowed in the main restaurant for men and ladies. But I was surprised that Burkini was not allowed in the infinity pool . we were informed that it was only allowed in the family pool and the beach. this rule needs to change to adults only pool and family pool . My wife was not allowed to use the infinity pool in burkini. 4- Bedding: mattresses need to be more softer perhaps with toppers would be a better experience. 5- Add slippers to the rooms for guests 6- the beach area needs to have showers because they dont. 7- The hotel is totally unsuitable for day use . I was told you can use the beach but we will not provide a shower for you! you can ask for the spa to let you in. A day use in such hotel without a place to change and to shower would be useless especially with the overrated price. No toilets near the beach not funny when you need to use the bathroom or showers to wash the sand away . 8- Animation team: the hotel was soo quiet and relaxing 9- You can use your vast space to construct an adult aquapark . 10- Drinks (water or juice at least) should be included during the dinners and not ( ala carte). 11- Superior room is actually a ((desert view)). Overall experience was good and i would definitely stay there again with my family. lots of things can be better for this nice hotel.

Pros: staff were friendly, beach was amazing, food variety was good, and check in was fast and smooth. Cons: they prevent burkini swimwear in all pools except the family pool and the beach which wasn't mentioned upon booking, room needs renovation specially the bathroom and some of the food items' taste wasn't as expected. Overall the total experience was good and we enjoyed our holiday.

Great as usual , that’s our 3rd time there , but the day before checkout we had a huge incident issue , as a water pipe broke just outside in front of our room door and a huge water leak happened that mergeged most of corridor rooms , and they helped us moving to another room in upper floor.

Whilst the staff are great the facility is outdated. AC’s barely functional. Bathroom and room outdated but clean. Food mediocre. Whilst the hotel was disappointing. The truly awful part of our experience was agoda, zero support and urgency to resolve any matter. Delaying dealing with us and the hotel.
