    First and foremost, the place is in a great location; I can't argue that. However, there are some downfalls for this hotel. One, they need to accept credit cards. I know cash is king but I sometimes don't carry tons of cash and I expected the hotel to accept credit cards if I want to especially since they seem to want to be like a big hotel.. Furthermore when I ask them about why they're not taking credit cards, they told me they couldn't. So, for such a hotel, I don't believe that they don't accept credit cards. What's even more concerning is that I did see a credit card machine, but yet they insisted that I use cash. Second, they offer transfers that seems to price gauge. I can take GRAB significantly cheaper and I don't know about you but hotels typically has better deals as part of the customer service/care but thet pricing for the transfer are definitely not worth it. I want to like this hotel but after travelling a month and all the hotels that I have stayed in, this is by far the worst experience that I had. I felt the hotel wasn't there to make a customer happy but instead left me scratching my head for answers that the staff couldn't answer. Other than that, improvements needs to shift to customer care/service. Make the customer want to stay there because of what you're willing to do for the customer so they can leave and have something to say that went above and beyond.

    Fantastic hotel, clean quite comfortable. Rooftop view was spectacular-made a difference. Great Breakfast nice staff very helpful. Pool a bit small but in general very comfortable stag
