We had a good stay (for 4 nights) at Eco Arenal. The grounds are very green and well taken care of. We loved the animals that we saw from the garden: monkeys, tucans and lots of very pretty birds.
The room was spacious and clean. We liked the fact that there was a fridge. As we had a room on the ground floor, we had a nice place to sit outside.
The breakfast was good. Many options for both local and international preferences. The staff was also kind and responsive.
Possible tips for a higher rating was that we noticed some things on the exterior of the hotel that were in disrepair, which drew away some attention from the good things the hotel has going for it. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Clearn room in very new condition. Loved it with air conditioning for the hot day. Breakfast was fine. Located away from the bustling Fortuna town center is also a plus.
