    Cockroaches in the bathroom. Residence's service changes the towels and takes out the trash once per 2-3 days. Floor is so dirty. Lots of dirt and mold in the whole room. We've been charged tourist tax even though we had already paid for this tax via Agora. Fortunately, Agora refunded that amount to me by THEMSELVES because the residence didn't want to (!). Do I need to say more? It's not worth it. Don't be like me and pay more to get a better accommodation. Ladies at the reception were helpful and kind, and helped us with the cockroaches. Fortunately, no cockroaches made their way to our home after our vacation:)

    So this hotel would be fine if it was clean. Maybe change the broken light bulbs, clean the mould properly, buy some pillows that aren’t flat as pancakes, make sure guests have towels with no stains. Service the aircon. Clean the fan, it may go on but no air moves because of it. We complained and they tried and it was slightly better but come on, you don’t need to spend a lot of money just slightly fix it up so it doesn’t feel like a dilapidated hotel. Some can be cheap and still be great to stay. We never saw any staff although they did reply to messages. So there was that. I’m not sure the photos are uploading but I have proof of it all after it was “properly cleaned”
