    So this hotel would be fine if it was clean. Maybe change the broken light bulbs, clean the mould properly, buy some pillows that aren’t flat as pancakes, make sure guests have towels with no stains. Service the aircon. Clean the fan, it may go on but no air moves because of it. We complained and they tried and it was slightly better but come on, you don’t need to spend a lot of money just slightly fix it up so it doesn’t feel like a dilapidated hotel. Some can be cheap and still be great to stay. We never saw any staff although they did reply to messages. So there was that. I’m not sure the photos are uploading but I have proof of it all after it was “properly cleaned”

    냉장고나 주방 부분이 조금 더럽긴했지만, 음식 먹으려고 예약한 곳은 아니라 괜찮았습니다. 다만 충전기가 침대 근처에 없어 조금 불편했습니다. 서비스는 만족스러웠어요

    My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay—not even the trash was taken out. The shower drain was blocked, so the water wouldn’t flow. At 3 p.m., while I was sleeping, someone knocked so loudly to bring towels that it startled me awake. There was also a lot of noise coming from the customer service staff themselves.
