Public spa is offer to all guests. There is a car park linked to the hotel, very reasonably priced. Passage directly link hotel the Sapporo station. Room was very clean and staffs are very attentive!

This hotel has very good overall package. Rooms we were staying at were very new, clean and well equipped. Public spa is offered to all guests. Most unique aspect of the hotel is the passage directly link the hotel to Sapporo train station. I can imagine during difficult weather condition this will be very helpful

Stayed one night before leaving Sapporo to be close to the station and it was really easy to use either the underground subway connection all the way to the hotel (fully covered and easy for pushing large luggage) or use the regular street above ground (for good weather and shorter walk). The room booked, though compact, was well designed, very comfortable and new. Right next to it is a 7 Eleven whereby it has a direct connecting door via the hotel, without need to go out. The front desk staff are well trained and overall good hospitality. Our luggage were already sent up to our rooms upon checking in at a later time (stored our luggage at hotel earlier). The room key card auto sets your level in the lift when you tap it for access. Safe to say the hotel is modern with great service and very nice interior. Albeit short, enjoyed our stay overnight here and would recommend the hotel especially for easier access to Sapporo station.
