    had a very disappointing experience at this property. I booked on the same day for immediate check-in (March 23–26) and left shortly after arrival due to serious issues with the rooms. The first room did not match what was advertised (no mountain view as booked). I was then moved to another room, which was in very poor condition. There was a strong unpleasant smell (similar to drainage and smoke), the room was not properly cleaned, and there was visible dust and dirt behind the bed and on the desk. The bathroom also appeared used and not adequately cleaned. I reported the issues immediately and was moved more than once, but the problems persisted. At that point, it was clear that the issue was not just one room but the general condition of the property. I decided not to stay and did not use any of the booked nights. Despite this, the property refused a fair refund and only offered a partial solution, arguing “lost booking opportunity,” even though they clearly had other rooms available and continued offering room changes. Additionally, the manager did not communicate directly and only responded through the receptionist, which made the situation more frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable experience, especially as a traveler arriving the same day and needing reliable accommodation. I would not recommend this place to others expecting basic cleanliness and proper service.
