Staff were great and very helpful, Though we found we got better/faster responses to questions when emailing directly versus using expires messenger. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options.
We also ate an evening meal there and it was delicious. Centrally located for for exploration of the etna region. Room was very clean. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to a friend

The property is lovely, lots of flowers and a very nice pool and sun deck. Our room was very nice and clean. The bathroom is spacious and well appointed. We had dinner there and were very surprised at the quality of the meal. Breakfast was very nice and the service was great. We recommend il Borgo!
