First day was a little tough as it took them two hours to prepare the room. At night, it got really cold and we discovered we were short 2 blankets and it took us time to figure out heater to reduce the impact of cold. However the facility is nice for the price and the staff is courteous and very hard working. Breakfast is good in morning. It worked for us to be about 20-25 minutes away from Jama Al Fanaa but it made us realize there is a charm to being in the center of the action. If in the area, check out Albaraka at the station nearby for some great bbq and fresh tafarnout bread

All the staff were friendly and it felt like a family run hotel.
I was asked if there was anything I needed regularly to make my stay comfortable. There was lots of activities to do around the pool area, like Table Tennis, Bar football, Badminton, football, BBQ area, seating, etc..

Beautiful family friendly hotel. Perfect for kids and away from the chaos of the city center.
The staff was so polite and friendly, very helpful.
I mostly appreciated the different activities for both adults and kids.
The food was also excellent.
I highly recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again.
