Arrived and had a problem with check in. Reception was closed after 7pm. Glad somebody helped me to contact a staff. They said they actually sent me a message via Agoda Message Communication on how to check-in after 7pm, but I never received it. They said they’ve been having issue where Agoda and Expedia Booking do not pass on the message to the customer, but there’s no other way to contact the customer because for them the customer’s email and phone number are grayed out. So if you are booking, try to do it via their own website 😉
