The location is beautifully situated in the Zillergrund valley, with stunning views on the moutains. It is a hotel which is owned by the same family for more than a 100 years. The rooms are modern and very cosy, the facilities are perfect. The food is great as well and the staff is very welcoming. You feel at home straight away.

Great valley location, great food, sauna with a view. Wonderful hotel. No Tyrol vibe though (upscale pricing changes the atmosphere). Dining experience: This hotel has about 4 or 5 dining rooms. Was seated as the only person in one room. Multiple requests for a seating change without result. I actually believe the waitress gave a f*. Went to talk to receptionist, e voila, got a decent table. Somebody also put an extra drink from the bar on my room number. Ok.
