Koukounari apartments is a quiet place in Skala, really closed to shops, restaurants and beaches. The rooms are clean and elegant.
Three highlights: the kindness of all the staff, the tips of Silia, at the reception, she will help you with almost everything and the restaurant is really good. Recommended!

Our stay in Koukounari Luxury Apartments was great. We booked the place for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) and on the way a friend also decided to join us. We were wondering if this would be ok, but when we met Dimitris - he said no problem, and we managed 4 of us to get in one apartment with minimum extra cost (we were all very comfortable).
The apartment was very clean, and there was everyday a lady cleaning it and changing the bed sheets, towels etc.
Great air conditioning, hot water, everything was working as expected.
The location is amazing, only 3 - 4min walk from the beach, and is very quiet. Near by (2bmin) you can find also bike rentals, small shops and taverns.
Also the owners of Koukounari have an amazing souvlaki (greek food) place 2 min walk from the apartments and the food there is great.
In general, we were very happy with our stay in the apartment and many thank to Dimitris who made everything very easy. Also Agistri is an amazing island with a transparent clear water and not many tourists. It's perfect for people who really want to enjoy a 'normal' holiday without lot's of people everywhere and noise. The beaches are beautiful and the people very welcoming.
