Our stay was enjoyed, however, we became irratated because our room was not cleaned daily as promised We ran out of clean towels & kleenex. Had to take time twice, to ask for supplies…which we did not receive We were told the hotel had run out of kleenex. . .really??

Yes, plenty of light was provided in the parking lot. I felt safe. The staff at the front desk were always polite and helpful.The young man with the sandy blonde hair was very kind. He told me his name but I am terrible with names. Alejandro or Leonardo (something ike that) :)

Well there was mold in the shower and it was dirty, the bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable, there was a hole in the wall from where someone had opened the bathroom door too hard. Overall just an extremely expensive hotel stay, in a kinda gross room.

The hotel was ok, nothing fancy but the room was clean which I appreciate. What was frustrating was that I “reserved” a crib when I booked the room and called ahead the morning of the trip to make sure we were still able to get a crib in the room. I was told there would be one in the room for us. When we get there later that day they tell me there’s no cribs available. We could have brought one with us if we had known we weren’t actually getting a crib like we were told. Pretty annoying.

we stayed overnight while attending a wedding in Sonoma. We chose this property over the fancy Sheraton across the HWY 101 and we are super happy we did! This Marriott is new, sparkling clean, awesome staff, nice "market" and bar, very comfy beds with great sheets. The bed is usually extra important to me, this one is amazing! I will stay there every time we go to Sonoma.

1 - Called 4 times to get the bedding for sofa couch and went to front desk to get it my self 2 - no housekeeping staff at 830pm. 3 - no dental kit at reception. 4 - Called front desk several times and put my call on hold for longer than normal. 5- visited first and last time.

This is a new hotel and was built a few years ago, I’ve stayed at many courtyard and Marriotts and always had a good experience. This time was not so good, the place was filthy, after the 3rd day there I noticed that all of the hallways were full of small pieces of trash, paper, plastic etc.. I mentioned this to the front desk and they were of no help, I then asked to speak to the manager and she did nothing! After 6 days there they never once swept the flooors or vacuumed the carpet, the trash is probably still there, the elevator was filthy, pieces of gum on the floor and railing ect… I also tried contacting the GM, tried calling and left messages, text, email all were ignored! I will never stay in this place ever again and will not recommend either! Terrible experience!

I have been to many Marriott's and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. We always have loved staying at Marriott's because of there friendly staff and great hospitality but this location definitely needs some immediate training in both areas. The staff is anything but friendly. As my family and I walked through the door we were not greeted. Even as I walked up to the desk I was not spoken to. I went ahead and told the receptionist we were checking in and still nothing. We were checked in and never told anything. I had to ask what floor our room was on and what other entrance I can take in order to get to my room and what amenities were available to us. I was never told what time I needed to check out or not even to enjoy my stay. I thought okay maybe this guy wasn't having a great day but no it is the entire staff they just look like they don't want to be there. Like they do not enjoy there jobs. I understand not always wanting to talk to others but please don't choose a line of work where it's all about customer service and hospitality. I will be reconsidering where I stay this point on due to this experience.

We were disappointed with the overall lack of attention to detail and safety at this Courtyard hotel. My wife and I expected much more from a Marriott. Some examples include: 1. At first we were on the first floor (105) which had plenty of very small ants roaming around. Ants per say don't bother us, but any bit of cookie or food (covered or not) was quickly overtaken by the ants. We asked if ant traps could be put down and were told that they did not have any. 2. On the second night I discovered that the door in our room leading to the outside patio could not be locked - meaning that for two days the room was not secured from the outside, and anyone who wanted to could jump the small railing and enter. I alerted the front desk staff who seemed not too concerned. She told me that they have never had a break in so, don't worry (!). We were also told that the manager would be in to take care of the issue. That evening when we returned to the hotel, we found that nothing have been done. We were then given the option to move rooms - which we did (4th floor). However, the hotel was not secure because anyone could enter via room 105. The new front desk staff member, again, did not seem too concerned. 3. Other problems with room 105 included the main door to the hallway was not operating properly and we received no maid service for the 2 and a half days we were in that room.
