The staff was wonderful! The room needs a full cleaning, there was hair in and around the bathroom. The fact the once checked in I had to call the front desk to get shampoo!, so had to get back in street clothes and go back down ( a pain, I was just starting to relax) also your free Wi-Fi was was a mystery until I called the front desk again. I’m not sure why you do not provide a blow dryer anymore. The smell in the hallway because of the ever growing garbage bags outside other “guests” piled up higher and higher from check-in to check-out was disgusting. I’m definitely going to think twice about staying with you again.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Easy to park. Laundry facilities. Staff friendly. Kitchen not well stocked. Had to go down to the desk to get essentials (cups, bowls, plates, cutlery) and carry up to the room myself. Walkable shopping, restaurants and grocery nearby. Overall, positive experience.

It's a great choice for the price. It just threw us off that you have to ask for everything - plates, cups, coffeemaker, hairdryer... I get it and it makes sense but it was just a bit odd and I felt like I was annoying the lovely front desk agent.

The location is perfect - walk to a large open-air mall with a food store and a number of restaurants - and very near 78. Easy drive to Escondido, into San Marcos, to Cal State, etc. The property is very well-kept, and the staff were very pleasant. This is pet-friendly, so expect a lot of dogs - but we rarely heard any barking at all. The rooms are clean, with lots of outlets for plugging in electronic devices. The breakfast is a little sparse - packaged mini muffins, granola bars, instant oatmeal - but there's plenty of coffee and creamer, and that mall with restaurants is very close.

My family stayed here over the weekend to visit Legoland in August 2025. The room was very roomy and comfortable. There was a sink, large fridge, and microwave. However, all the amenities like soap, dish towels, shampoos, etc. are all at the front desk. You have to ask for it, it isn't provided in the room before you check in. So each time we needed something, we had to go down and get it. Other than that, the hotel experience was great. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a lot of shopping locations within driving distance. Would stay here again.

When we got there the woman at the desk left for around 10/15 mins when there were three people in line waiting for her help. They just didn’t seem to be to eager to help in general.

It would be nice if they asked upon check in if you needed shampoo and/or a hairdryer as these were not avaliable without contacting the front desk. The bed was super comfortable and we could walk to breakfast at the local shopping center.

The carpet in the hallway really needs to be deep cleaned. It smelled horrible and you can see stains all over. The breakfast was very small. It was ok. Overall it was an ok place to stay. We went to Legoland so it was perfect for us to just sleep.

Blood and dog hair on the sheets. They didn’t even clean the sheets from the previous guests. Just remade the bed. So disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The bathroom was disgusting. Shower had hair in it, sink was clogged and dirty, we had to use the kitchen sink to brush our teeth and wash our face. Floors were also dirty. I’ve stayed here a time before and the room was super clean, so I don’t know what happened this time around. Wont be staying here again. Other than the cleanliness, its a good hotel to stay in if you are going to Legoland, but just be aware of the cleanliness.
