Bed was decent, everything was clean, not really a lot of comforts or amenities but it was good. Neighbors upstairs pretty much reunited our sleep-someone let their kids run back and forth from 7-11pm and again from 6:30 am on until we left the room. Called the front desk, didn’t really make a difference. I get it, I’ve traveled with kids. It’s hard to keep them still in a hotel room, but hours and hours and hours should not be acceptable. If someone complains, then the hotel should put them on the first floor.

2 negatives come to mind: You have to ask for shampoo at the front desk, this hotel does not automatically provide it in their bathrooms; and if your room happens to be on the side of the building that is facing away from the front entrance there are very load commercial truck loading activity starting at 6am.

We had a great stay. The room was very clean, the hotel was new with microwave, full refrigerator, stove top. Kitchen supplies were available. The front desk was friendly & awesome to deal with, no problems. We rebooked for another 7 days.

Staff was great at check in and out. The room was clean but, the air conditioning didn’t work so room was like sauna, I didn’t ask to review or inspect and think they likely would have but it was late and I was tired. The World Series of baseball was on and the Tv didn’t work properly kept stopping and saying the program was lost but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast as only available 6 to 9:30 , no regular sugar for coffee or oatmeal, one muffin wrapped in plastic nothing fresh and no fruit at all it was less than a continental breakfast. It was not a cheap priced room and while clean and good staff I won’t return they were nice at check out when I told them about my stay even promised to give me another night free but won’t return if they did.

The sheets were too small for the bed and kept coming off, no coffee pot in room. Otherwise, the property served our purpose. Loved that they accept pets, even though ours is a service dog.
