Nice the hotel not in a busy, tourist area. Tony, Norma and Socorro kind, informative and helpful. Drawback, a local market to biy necessary items, snacks helpful. Overall beautiful location Gracias

Boutique charm with excellent management:
This hotel has a wonderful boutique vibe and several standout features. The beach is beautiful, with well-maintained palapas and chaise lounges. Unfortunately, we visited during sargassum season; while the staff worked hard to clean the beach, nature ultimately won.
We loved that the room had a fan (as we prefer it over AC) and a surprisingly soft, comfortable mattress—a rare find! Communication with Tony, the manager, was quick and very friendly from check-in to checkout.
One note for future guests: we asked the hotel to call a taxi and were charged $23 USD for a 5-minute ride. While the "taxi mafia" is a known issue throughout Quintana Roo and not the hotel's fault, it did mar the end of our stay.
