Great spot in Manson on Lake Chelan. Cute little town and very walkable. The Lodge is very family friendly with plenty for the kids to do. The rooms are large and area and beautifully decorated. The setting is lovely and surrounded by lots of amenities.

Room was large and clean but it was very stuffy and there were no windows to open and freshen the room. The other strange thing was that when we arrived there was no one at front desk even though we arrived before 9 pm. I requested a crib and it wasn't in the room. Because there was no one at front desk I had to call and after probably an hour they were able to provide that for me. Otherwise stay was good and room clean.

When we got there, there was no one at the desk. We were told to call a number to check in. When we called, we got a recording that someone would get in touch with us. About 5 min later we got a text and a link to fill out info for checking in. I then texted them back saying we filled it out. We waited and we waited for a response. I ended up txting back a couple of more times. It was almost an hour later that I got an email. I didn't see it right away because I was expecting another txt msg. They should have told me that I would get an emai with the info I needed to get into my room. They should have answered my texts. This is extremely poor customer service. I was starting to wonder if I should find somewhere else to stay because I didn't know if I was ever going to hear back from them. Also the lobby restroom was out of paper towels and toilet paper.
