Stay here and lake Chelan in September. Beautiful weather and price drop.

Property was good. Hot tub was broke and told not to be fixed until next year.

There was only someone at the desk when we arrived. After that, no one.

Very big rooms and comfy bed

Our room was very big and bed and pillows were very comfortable. The area that we stayed at was very quiet and some restaurants in close walking distance.

The only thing I didn’t like was there wasn’t plates or utensils in the room but was able to ask for them

Fun hotel but costly for one night. Will probably stay here again timid week for more reasonable cost.

Location is great. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, pastry, and beaches. Staff extremely helpful. Hotel seems spacious and offers quiet relaxing, talking or play areas.

Better to stay somewhere else if you want lake access.

Clean.

Expected to be able to walk to the lake, but not allowed to enter the exclusive area of Wapato Point. No views of the lake from the Lodge and you have to drive for lake access further down in Manson or Chelan.

Nice, newly renovated hotel with Large Rooms but Some issues to work On

This hotel is newly renovated and the rooms were very nicely appointed--they even had a fridge, microwave and sink, which was great. The location is nice and within walking distance of some shops/restaurants/etc. They have a good sized parking lot (though the markings are weird). Our room was a king size room and there was a decent amount of space. I also appreciated that they had an iron and ironing board, a keurig coffeemaker, and some glass glasses in the room. The young gal who checked us in was very friendly and accommodated a change request by us, but the other lady at departure (with glasses) only looked at her phone and didn't respond even when we greeted her twice. The pool isn't huge, but it has a chair for disabled, and it looked nice, clean and well-maintained. The A/C also worked well and the controls were nice because they allowed for constant fan noise even if the temp had been reached, so the hallway noise was diminished.

Our room wasn't cleaned the 2nd day even though we let them know we were leaving for a few hours. I also didn't like that the staff leave at night and are often not available when going in/out of the hotel until around 8 or 9 am. Also, the cost of the room was high so I would have expected breakfast/fitness room/etc, but we did come during high season (still, I hate price gouging...).

Overpriced. Virtually no amenities. Staff not very available. When I checked in I was given a sticky note with my code and room number. Not very professional for a room that cost over $300.

Carla was an amazing coordinator. She welcome us and even stayed extra because it was 4th of July checking in more customers. That to me is above and beyond. My kids enjoyed the game room, pickleball and POOL!

My bed made a few sounds when I sit on it or lay. But it didn’t bother us at all.

Was traveling with handicapped sister. Handicap door did not work!!! Trying to hold heavy door open while getting my sister safely through was miserable!!!! Game room closed at 5:30pm. Really? Did not receive key code by 3 as promised. Had to call to get it.

The room was lovely!

The high ceilings were amazing, the decor was beautiful, the door codes were ingenious! The hotel is on a quiet little street, but within walking distance of everything in Manson, which was so nice. They also have a fun little game room with a pool table and arcade games!

Our room was right next to the stairs and it was SO LOUD every time someone used the stairs, which was often since there was no elevator. Also, we found out on day two of our stay from another guest that the door didn't lock automatically and we needed to lock it when we left.

Nice place to stay (as long as you mattress isn't in shambles)

Good value and location. Rooms seem pretty new. Seems like a nice place to stay for a while.

Get ready to get your back crushed with super soft mattress that may or may not be collapsed. When staff responds they'll look into it and move you to another room, you may never hear back and get no traction, because the hotel front desk isn't actively staffed at all times.

Our Happy Place!

Own our retirement home here in Manson WA and have been coming here for 50 years. Beautiful small place with friendly folks which is what we love after growing up in the ever so growing Tacoma area all my life. Had to do a little spring cleaning around our house, and enjoy the wineries with good friends. So many good choices for different food.

Wonderful Getaway

Room was fantastic. The place was clean and comfortable, definitely worth it. (If I had to be out of town in a heatwave, this was a great place to be). The bed was amazing (might need one of those mattresses for home), the seating area and balcony were larger than I had pictured, the bathroom was huge too! I wish we would've had more time to enjoy and explore.

The door code provided in the confirmation was not the correct code (arrived at night and had to call customer service for the correct code, which took a bit, but was easily taken care of). There were 2 TVs in the suite, but only 1 remote (not a huge issue, just annoying to have to remember to bring the remote with you). The shower was amazing, I just wish both showerheads could be used at the same time.
