    LOCATION: Great location in my opinion. Lots of things to do that are close to this hotel - art museums, big shopping mall, Kumamoto castle & market, and it's near the river too. ROOM: The room was good. Out of the other similar rooms I've stayed in Japan, this one was on the larger side and it didn't feel cramped at all. If you bring two suitcases though, you might feel the squeeze. Unfortunately, I booked a non-smoking room but there was a smoke scent when I entered. This was my biggest complaint with the room. However, staff helped me resolve this issue. AMENITIES: The room comes with toiletries, mini fridge, hair dryer, kettle. There is coin laundry and a common microwave available. The coin laundry prices were a little higher than the other hotels I've been to. STAFF: The staff were great! They were kindly able to store my luggage before check-in since I got there a little early. When I told them about the smoke scent in my non-smoking room, they gave me an air purifier to use for the entirety of my stay which really helped clear up the smell. Very helpful and kind!

    Close to Sakura-machi station, as well as bus and tram stops. Great location for restaurants and shops as situated within the city center. Clean and quite room, 24h front desk and luggage storage.

    内容の割に高すぎます。それに、洗面台やシャワーから出る水は濁った濃い茶色で汚れていました。スタッフはフレンドリーで立地も良かったですが、それ以外は特にこれといった良い点はありませんでした。 Too expensive for what it is. and the water from the sink and shower was dark brown and dirty. staff were friendly and the location was nice but that's really it.
