Service and amenities have gone down overall. The hotel has made significant cuts in the service, room goods available, heating and breakfast which has been noticed straight away. Very disappointed in the hotel overall!

The heating in the room didn't work and i was with a group and they all had the same problem. The "hot" food for breakfast was cold and very poor quality. They provide shared iron for your laundry on each floor. This was the worst part of the hotel.That said the staff i met were friendly and the hotel location is good

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room was new, well equipped and spacious, with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty with big variety of hot snd cold foods. We will definitely come back and try the SPA

Sense of hospitalitiy lacking, felt like cash cows. Refused bar service not far from closing time. Not possible to get room service. One person helped resolve the issue, but it was a struggle. Like the forced, painful smile of the restaurant manager. Had booked a double bed, We discovered twin beds. Had a struggle to obtain a modicum of satisfaction. . Breakfast buffet was not well-managed and staff in the morning miserable. I prefer to express satisfaction, but am disappointed with some of the staff attitude. We wasted a lot of time trying to sort out things that shouldn't have even been issues. Off days or general discontent ? Either way, that's not good for hotels.

Fantastic hotel with excellent, friendly staff on reception. Rooms are new and modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Air conditioning a 7/10. Better than many European hotels but although it shows capable of being set at 16 C it can’t do it, will go no cooler than 19 C only. As others have mentioned on their reviews the hotel car park is exceptionally difficult to find. I think future guests would benefit from a detailed guide on here how to find the car park (Martin’s Agora, although Grand Place is also nearby and cheaper). The road system in this city is underground so Waze etc isn’t fully functional, which doesn’t help either. The road system doesn’t help at all with finding the hotel & whoever designed it should never design another road again! However overall because the hotel is exceptional and now I know how to get to the car park, I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

This modern property is in the very centre of Louvain-la-Neuve, just five minutes' walk from the railway station. The receptionist was professional and spike good English. Our room was spotlessly clean and served daily by the housekeeping team. We did not dine in the hotel but had a number of snacks, hot chocolate, etc., from the bar.

The centre of Louvain la Neuve (“LLN”) is built around the university campus and this hotel stands prominently on one side of the central square. It is close to the shopping malls and about five minutes’ walk from the railway station with direct services to Brussels. The hotel itself is modern with all the facilities one would expect from one catering very much for business people. The reception area is spacious and the receptionists speak hood English. The rooms are of a good size with large comfortable beds and superb shower rooms. Housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels every day. My wife and I were so pleased we have booked to return in the spring.

For the price you paid, it was disappointing to see trash on the ground near the trash can due to staff failing to empty them. The room lacked in basic requirements such as soap. The wait to check in was extremely long.

Finding the entrence to the hotel was not an easy task even though we took a taxi! The city has all it's traffic running 'underneath' the city itself and the hotel can be a bit hard to locate. Once checked-in our stay was great! Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast buffet with a good selection of options and pool/relax facillity that was highly appritiated! (Got an e-mail from the hotel where they promoted the pool/relax with 1 hour for free, only a reservation was needed. But when we wanted to check-out the next day we where surprised with a charge of 60€ (!?) for the hour we spent.) New/unaware staff or just a shady way to get a few more euros from guests?

It is a hotel without any service included. The rooms are expensive and on top of that you have to pay a lot of money for basics like a gym and swimming pool. Also room services rates (delivery) are insane high. It is easier and cheaper to pick up the room service at the restaurant (6 euros for them per dish to walk to your room).
