Fantastic and magical resort in a "quieter and relaxed" location on Santorini. We loved our "cave suite" with breathtaking views and our own private pool. Felt five star and the staff/restaurant on site were amazing. Highly recommend, also we did a few day trips to the surrounding towns Oia, Fira and Imerovigli, easy to get to by taxi and fun to visit but we were so happy to return to our sanctuary at the Grand Ambassador!

The hotel is a beautiful property. The staff is extremely helpful. The restaurant is a little slow on receiving food and drinks especially if you’re in a hurry. The pool was very cold so we were not able to use it at all during the stay. There were a few issues with the water in our room while we were there. The front desk staff helped make the room
Beautiful with flowers and candles for one special night. The staff made up for the few issues the hotel lacked. Overall it was a magical stay and I would love to come back
