Arrived late after serious train delay but no problem with check in. Short walk from station.

Sometimes the door doesnt lock properly and you have to close the door with force. This makes a lot of noise.
For parking an additional 9.90 per day is charged, as well as 50 euro for the parking card which will be refunded when the card is returned. Why cant this be added to the card for opening the room?
Personel is very friendly, and speaks both German and English
