    If you arrive after 6:30pm, no one answer on LINE, by phone calls or email. After 15 mins sweating t the door, I was so desperate to ask for the security guard’s help. And he got my key and the check-in documents! I almost left the tower and rebook another hotel. Can’t believe why they didn’t leave email or message saying “please go to the security guard “. The room smells bad with humidity. The AC and hot showers work well. Lipstick marks found on the cup.

    Hotel was very convenient to banks, train station, malls, and night market! Loved how the hotel has a common working space. The 14th floor had a cute common area with a projector for a cozy movie night but was not able to use it. Down side only is that the hotel does not provide cleaning service. No changing of bed sheets and blankets tho you can ask for change of towels. How i wish they have an option to have the room cleaned. Overall, had a pleasant stay in a spacious 2 double bedroom — good for quad share.

    We had a few issues with this place so can’t really recommend. Firstly we showed up at 6:45pm to find out that all the staff had clocked off without informing us. This meant we could only pay by cash which we weren’t prepared for. Then we get to the room to find the bathroom with mold and the towels weren’t properly cleaned. On the positive side, the location is great and compared to some other places it was on the cheaper side.
