After reading the negative comments I was worried about the property but the property is good and location is excellent, I enjoyed my stay there

We rented a room for four. The bed for the fourth person wasn't much more than a hard surface with bedsheets but the staff added a futon to make it softer upon request.
The water from the shower was leaking unto the floor from various areas of the tub but the staff provided extra floor rags upon request.
The sleeping area was well cleaned daily but the cleanliness of bathroom mirror and tub with water continuously leaking onto the floor, were our main concern. We appreciated that the staff did their best to accommodate us and the price was reasonable.
