    We stayed here for a total of three nights: one night in this double room and two nights in their Superior Double Room. We had a pleasant stay until the day we checked out. Our flight was scheduled for the evening, so I checked with the receptionist in advance about leaving our luggage at the hostel while we explored the city. He confirmed that we could store our luggage until 10:00 pm. However, when we returned at around 8:00 pm, we were told to collect our belongings and leave the premises because the space had been rented out for an event. We had already bought dinner and planned to eat it in the lounge before cleaning up and heading to the airport. I explained our situation, but they were unwilling to make any accommodations, and we were asked to leave immediately. This left us stranded with no alternative plans. In the end, we had to head to the airport much earlier than intended and eat our now-cold dinner there. The service throughout our stay had been exceptional, which made this experience even more disappointing. It felt as though, once our stay was over, our needs no longer mattered. I would have appreciated better communication, especially if there had been a change to the original arrangement. Even giving us a little more time to prepare our next move would have made a significant difference. Although I genuinely enjoyed my stay overall, the way this situation was handled left a lasting impression, and unfortunately, I don’t think I would choose to stay here again.
