    The apartment we were first assigned to actually have some weird smell. I contacted the manager and she changed me to another apartment building, which is even larger. Facilities are all new, good quality. Even in the first apartment, the quality of things is good, just we have problem with the smell. She told me it's because there is some food smell from previous guests that they were struggling to remove.

    Comfy and soft bed in a very nice and quiet district. Many restaurants and hipster cafes around. However message the staff in advance about your arrival otherwise you might need to wait

    I was told "No room" upon arrival by a staff member who couldn't speak English. Even though I had a confirmed booking and they told me by message not to worry about the payment, it was a complete lie. I wasted my precious time in Hanoi looking for a new place to stay. Do not trust their "Confirmed" status.
