    Urusan checkin checkout sangat mudah. Bilik sangat cantik dan kemas. Sesuai bawa anak kecik sbb tempat luas. Cuma aircond ada problem tapi staff sangatlah membantu. Arrange semula bilik untuk kemudahan customer. Terima kasih staff lelaki yg bekerja pada malam 20/7/26.

    The room was spacious, which was probably the only positive thing about our stay. Unfortunately, apart from the size of the room, there was very little to praise about the overall experience. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room were disappointing. There was visible dust and dirt in several areas, including underneath the furniture and around the window frames and windowsill. Some of the furniture was also visibly worn and damaged. The sofa was particularly concerning. It was badly sagging, to the point that we could actually feel the springs underneath when sitting on it. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, this really should not be the condition of the furniture provided to guests. The bathroom glass door was another issue. Whenever the door was closed, it made an extremely loud banging sound and the entire glass door would shake. It was honestly quite frightening and made us worry that the door might eventually be damaged or even shatter. What disappointed us the most was that the actual condition of the hotel was seriously inconsistent with what was shown online. The photos online create a much better impression of the property, while the actual room we stayed in showed obvious signs of ageing, wear and insufficient maintenance. We paid around RM400 for one night, so considering the price and the hotel’s 5-star positioning, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance and overall quality. The room being spacious alone is simply not enough to justify this price or the 5-star rating. I hope the management will take these issues seriously and improve the maintenance and cleanliness of the property. Overall: very disappointing and not the experience we expected from a 5-star hotel.
