Everything was perfect, the bed with nice fluffy pillows, the facilities such as gym and pool. They provide towels for pool. There’s some sort of jacuzzi too. Supermarket just downstairs. Hotel is clean and new. The only part I’m unhappy if their lift, very slow and not sure if need to tap the card cos there was no reaction. Puteri Harbour is quite lifeless but it’s peaceful and there is no congestion unlike downtown. Carpark is within hotel.

Staff don’t even bother greeting, they look like they’re working for the sake of working. Lift is extremely old and slow, gave card but you don’t need a card to tap to your floor. gym is unmanned and dirty. Empty cups everywhere. Swimming pool is dirty. Room is slightly dirty

First time booking this hotel. The staff were warm, friendly, polite and helpful at every juncture right from check-in to the queries to check-out. Special mention to Ms Karshini Divya and the lady manager (whose name I did not catch), as their excellent service and hospitality shone brightly like diamonds especially with their warm interactions with my daughter. Ms Karshini even gave my daughter a balloon and the lady manager made my daughter feel seen and heard. 🥰 The location may be further from the hustle and bustle of downtown and the popular areas but the hotel amenities are top-notch that you won't really mind being away from downtown. The room is well-prepared with kitchen facilities (huge fridge, cutlery, crockery, rice cooker! etc) and the hotel were generous in topping up bottles of mineral water on a daily basis. There was even a coffee machine with the accompanying capsules, which was a nuce touch. The surrounding hotel environment is also peaceful with lush greenery and overlooking the sea, adding on to the room comfort and making you feel as if you're at home away from home (similar to Capri). The bathroom itself has both a shower and a bathtub, which is a huge bonus. One improvement that can be made is to install hand-bars at the bathtub for safer movement of children and adults alike. Housekeeping was prompt and didn't require any additional reminders. Everything was spick and span like new whenever we returned to the room after a day out. Oh, and if you need some snacks, a supermarket is located right beside the hotel (need to exit from the restaurant side and turn left). Very useful for those last-minute cravings and necessities! Did not try the hotel breakfast so may try that next time. 😊 It was a truly wonderful experience staying at Dao and may the hotel continue and maintain its high standards to reach greater heights!

Overall an average experience. There is no signage on the lift that is use for access to different levels.
