    Facilities are great especially the wave (pool). Breakfast is very nice. Only the elevator is long queue

    Staff was very friendly. The room was a bit smaller than I thought when I booked it and the location didn't seem to be in a good area. The hotel itself was pretty nice. Breakfast buffet was great though it wasn't included in my booking. Wifi was fine. Overall good value, the pool was nice, had good amenities for kids if it's a family trip but if youre alone planning on visiting walking street its about 20 minutes away by car.

    Very disappointing experience, especially if you are expecting the standards of a full-service hotel. There was very little sense of service from the staff. We received no assistance from the bellboy or other staff members, and overall the hospitality felt lacking. We booked a family room for 4 people, but upon arrival we were told that the room was already occupied. The hotel then offered us two separate rooms instead. This completely defeats the purpose of booking a family room in the first place and raises serious questions about the hotel’s reservation and room management. The rooms were also very noisy, particularly from traffic and the road outside, making it difficult to rest properly. Lastly, the furniture and overall room decoration feel more like a converted or taken-over apartment than a purpose-built hotel. Many of the furnishings do not seem designed for hotel use or for providing a comfortable hospitality experience. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting proper hotel service, reliable room management, or a quiet and comfortable stay.
