Pros: there's an elevator, even for the budget-friendly buildings.
The staff was very understanding and helpful when answering my questions.
When I arrived, it turned out that not all of the rooms I'd booked (2) were available.
I asked if they could cancel the reservation (prepaid) so I could pay for two standard rooms on the spot. The hotel manager agreed.
After that, it took me nine days to get a refund: I spoke with the hotel reception manager several times and called Booking.com. I eventually received a refund, but according to Booking.com, the hotel never approved the refund. I don't know if this is true or if it was a system error.

Gleich neben dem Hotel befand sich eine Driving Range. Als Golfer konnte ich diese optimal nutzen.
