Definitely a worthwhile experience staying in the former royal residence in Luang Prabang. Service was exceptional. Location was superb. Would definitely return.

Great location right next door to the famous Wat Xiangthong. The property is well managed with beautiful ground! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back!

To end up my trip around the country. I would be very grateful staff for very welcoming and your truly of hospitality. Especially for the front desk team. Located in the heart of Luang Prabang, and a short distance walk to the old town attractions. You totally able to discover the city by vehicle 11. You must try river boat to enjoy the Mekong river, one of unique attractions of the resort. Breakfast is just a complimentary, but good enough to us. Again, thanks you so much for our unforgettable memories

I revisited this hotel for 8 years. I surprised that many facilities are outdated. Poor air-conditioning. Too many mosquitos in the room. Phone in the room is not working so that I could not complain anything. I feel it is intentional. 555. Anyway. Breakfast was poor and lack of services. Not much food to eat so I ordered some omelet and noodle. I could pick up my omelet by checking many times. But they didn't bring my noodle until I finish breakfast although I checked 3 times in the middle. They forgot or too busy to make other's food. Only 4 ~ 5 tables though. I gave up to have breakfast from 2nd day. Room does not have enough sunlight blocking system. I had to wake up every 6:00 AM because it is too bright. I will not book here any more. It is not worth USD *** per night at all.
