Great location in Havana, central to all the main attractions and restaurants. Jaime and the team were very friendly and helped with all our requests - transport and activities - even to other destinations in Cuba. The property was well maintained in a stunning older building - breakfast was excellent.

Very low-pressure, I barely saw the staff or anyone else, but I knew where to find them. The aesthetics are pretty, and the location is perfect. Safe, with a security guard at nights. No free wifi, but I knew that when I was booking. Also the room did not have any natural light, so if you like to wake up from the sun, choose a room with windows
