Lovely hot shower and the only place I stayed that didn't experience a power cut! So the air-conditioning worked and the room was nice and cool. The owner looked after my case and let me wait in reception for a couple of hours for my taxi to the airport. Only downside was rather a lot of mosquitoes and midges in the room, but they were everywhere in Cuba. I got bitten when I don't normally and ran out of spray (so bring plenty).

We loved our stay here, the room was cool and spacious. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! It was the first place we stayed in Cuba and it was fantastic. Very lively neighbourhood you know you’re definitely in Havana. Breakfast was provided everyday… they make a good omelette!

We had a great time on our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. We even came back and visited to say hi when we were back in Havana after our stay.
