    Had a lovely time, staff were friendly, it was all very clean and the room was spacious! Don’t rely on baby cots however and there is no parking on site. But we enjoyed and had a nice experience

    great location, 4-5 mins walk from tower hill station very good value for such a big studio with washing machine, dish wash, microwave and stove etc However, the TV Youtube is very laggy and has no Netflix which is bit disappointing for a 5* hotel Also, i wasn't informed clearly that a £100 deposit is needed upon arrival even though it was returned immediately after check out other than these two issues, the rest is near perfect.

    The location is great and close to Tower Bridge and 2 metro stations. But the management screw it up. 1) receptionists at front desk are extremely unhelpful in everything in many cases in my stay for 8 nights repeatedly. They do not listen to your questions at all and just pick up a your first one or two words and give you simple answers and hope to move on and presumed you are asking the questions they think what those were in their heads. 2) I asked to include one specific day of breakfast buffet extra and reserve the day before as I did not book the room type come with it. I want to cancel one person but the front desk receptionist said the food is ‘prepared’ based on my reservation order and did not allow me to cancel the extra person for me. But then when I speak to the restaurant reception directly. It has been handled comfortably as a simple request. Just waste of time to speak to deal with front desk. 3) I was assigned a strange Superior Studio when I booked with Agoda. The coffee machine, fridge and sink are all hidden inside a closet that taken up closet space. There is no microwave oven and makeup desk and mirror. But those are available with the same room type that was booked via Trip.com! 4) There is no self service laundry room and you can just paid for traditional laundry service. Unless you book an even higher room type that come with a laundry machine inside your room directly. 5) gym is not 24 hour walk in type and it seems to be an external vendor that you need to reserve. Be careful is not the gym arrangement even if you see the facility sign on the booking app. I did not check if that shall cost extra as I did not even border due to the reservation requirement the inconvenience, check that before if you really need this service up front. 6) the website said connecting room available but they just put you on nearby same floor even I have requested early. So if you really need that just make sure the hotel commit to it and you can cancel if they don’t as I think it is also related to staff commitment to fulfill your request and just take easy routes given my other on the spot simple requests experience.
