    This is a self-check-in hotel with no on-site staff. Check-in instructions were clearly provided via email, making the process smooth and straightforward. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk from Tenjin Station. Several shopping malls are just a few minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. The room was clean and reasonably spacious for a solo traveller. There is no room service, which was not an issue for a short stay. The only minor inconvenience was that the trash bin was placed right next to the bed. Other than that, the hotel was comfortable and very convenient, making it a good choice for travellers looking for an affordable and well-located stay.

    We are a family of 3 and we all love this hotel. Easy access from a subway station, like 5 mins walk, and there are loads of shopping malls/restaurants nearby. The room is spacious compared to most hotel rooms in Japan. Not to mention it's clean! Our friend also stayed in this hotel and she highly praised this hotel too. ichiran and Shin Shin, the famous ramen restaurants are nearby too. If you like Aeon, muji, Uniqlo, 3 coins plus, you must stay in this hotel! Its location is one of the best we stayed in Japan.
