    The hotel is fine, the staff is also fine, the room is also fine, the issue is about the TV, there is a Chinese TV here and nothing else comes on the TV, this is my only complaint and everything else

    Well we check in at around morning 2am due to my work, Hotel staff asking for extra 20 aed for add 1 more person due online booking includ only 1 person I clearly told them that but they keep forcing me to pay but I did it though online, this is taking me soo much time and finally get the room on the way to room passing by the cooridor it was stinky, don’t know where is the odors coming from, my room doesn’t have light and to change the room again I have to wait for 30 minutes and they provided another room, which very dirty floor, bed sheet had stains, it seem that the doesn’t clean for long time, room is very stinky, ceiling is full of mold and even bathroom as well. Waste of money. Staff was unprofessional, cleanliness is very bad, only location is best due to near metro station and restaurants. I don’t why I can upload the pictures of the room, I have few took it during my stay at the hotel.
