    What do you class as value for money if you book a room but can't sleep? A good room in a good location but if you plan to sleep go somnewhere else. From the extremely loud water pipes when neighbouring rooms took showers to the endless noise from loud partying patrons sleep was impossible. This was after experiencing a very poor welcome where we were passed frm pillar to post and given the run around taking over 20 minutes from arrival just to be able to check into our room. Communication from staff was really lacking and they didn't seem to comprehend that as arrivals at the hotel we had never been there before and were unfamilar with the layout so vague instructions do not work. While the intial appearance of the room is clean the bathroom floor was actually filthy with grime- it appeared it hadn't been properly cleaned in awhile
