Room was beautiful and clean. The beds were super comfortable and I have back issues. So close to broadway which made it even better. Will definitely stay there again.

The room we were in 1st had an issue with the thermostat and the heat running continuously.
After communications, they moved me to a different room.

Great staff- very helpful- clean rooms- free coffee, hot tea in the hallway- walking directions to bars and restaurants. I would go back.
