Second time that we stayed there. Wonderful location and wonderful facility.
The only problems were broken elevators that seem to be a persistent problem as well as a rude and unhelpful front desk person upon check-in however, her counterpart was more than helpful and made up for her shortcomings.

Great location. Clean. The rooms were nice but small.
Small rooms for the price you pay.

Location was fabulous. Guest service was great. I was delivered room service which was not up to scratch and they refunded me my money. Was very impressed.
The breakfast service was odd - you had to order from the cafe attached to the hotel, and then they refunded your money when you charged to the room. Was a bit confusing.

I liked the ambience of the lobby and the room was exceptional and comfortable. It was so nice to stay there and we enjoyed it greatly:).
There was nothing in particular that I did not like, but the carpet floors in the hallways made it very hard to roll our luggage’s . Other than that, absolutely everything else was great.
