We came to town from Murfreesboro for a concert. We tend to get a room to not have to drive back. This was our first time here & we will be back! Great place. Very convenient to right down town. Very clean. Super comfy beds & rooms were great.

Our stay at the Hilton Downtown Nashville was unfortunately disappointing and fell well below what we would expect from a Hilton property.
Shortly after check-in we had to call maintenance because the toilet in our room would not flush and required parts to be replaced. While the maintenance staff member was polite, it was disruptive to have issues like this immediately after arrival. We also reported that the shower water temperature was cold, meaning we were unable to have a proper hot shower during our two-day stay.
When we requested additional bath mats, the ones delivered to our room unfortunately arrived dirty. The couch in the room also had visible tears in the upholstery, which made the overall condition of the room feel worn and poorly maintained.
On the morning of checkout we asked for assistance with our luggage and were advised no one was available to help and staff could not provide a timeframe. There were also no luggage trolleys available, so we had to carry all of our luggage downstairs ourselves while travelling with a toddler.
When we raised the issue about the lack of hot water during checkout, the response from the front desk felt dismissive rather than solution-focused.
While the location of the hotel is excellent and convenient for exploring downtown Nashville, the maintenance issues, room condition, and lack of service made the stay disappointing overall.
Unfortunately based on this experience, we would not choose to stay here again.
