This is my second time at The Alexander and the amenities are my favorite part! I love having easy beach access, the pools and the sauna However on this stay my room had a terrible sewage smell and I did not get a response from my host fast enough in order to fix this issue. Also they tried charging a ridiculous amount for 2 shots at the bar and the bar manager was very rude to us. Other than that it’s a beautiful property, close to everything we wanted to do.

Overall, we had a good stay. The conditions of the room and hallways in the hotel could use
some improvement. One of the showers only has one glass door so water would get everywhere after use. There weren’t any cleaning supplies to help tidy up and majority of the outlets in the condo wouldn’t hold a charging cube. The hotel staff were very accommodating and it was great to use the pool and have beach access. The drinks and food at the pool are extremely overpriced and they don’t allow you to bring your own drinks/food. Great view from condo balcony!

We stayed for 5 days for a family vacation. loved it!, Was beautiful!! Two pools one for adults both were well maintained with a bar in the middle serving yummy bites and frozen drinks 🍹 our unit was perfect two bedrooms was awesome for the young people gorgeous views very clean. Staff was great Daniel at the bar Analiz at the front desk and our amazing beach chair guy found our EarPods and returned them to us
Can’t wait to come back Feeling blessed GOD is GREAT 🙏
