First impressions are everything and the lovely staff gave us a very warm welcome complete with a glass of port, as well as a tour of the property upon arrival. The spa was very clean and zen, and our panarama suite had a lovely Mountain View. We dined in Fatiga, the restaurant on property and it was fantastic!! The food, service and ambiance were perfection!

Lovely hotel with stunning views. Tiny outdoor pool area and uncomfortable chairs on the veranda and bedroom terrace but the view made up for everything. The food was excellent (very large portions!)

A beautiful location with commanding views. We ate every meal there and went on two guided walks and the tour of the wool factory. The staff were terrific too!
