The stay was okay overall, mainly thanks to the free coffee, but several things were disappointing. The room was extremely tiny, the pillows were very uncomfortable, and the hairdryer didn’t work. What frustrated me most was the lack of flexibility from the staff - they wouldn’t allow check-in even 30 minutes before 3 PM. Hospitality and customer service could definitely be improved.

In a great location, quiet and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. A little bit on the old side but great value for money.

Stay for three nights. The neighborhood a bit busy :) but this is Marseille! Hotel close to center, very clean, with a super nice and friendly staff. I strongly recommend - best choice in this range of price.
