    I loved the room that they gave me, the staff are friendly and the loaction is nice.

    Staff were helpful and pleasant. My room was adequate though small. I slept well but there was little natural light in my particular location. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

    The staff refuse to allow you to keep the card in the wall card reader when you are out of the room. This card reader turns on and off power to the lights and air conditioning. The card is hard wired to the keys. So, either you have to leave your keys in the card reader and leave your room unlocked, or take your keys shutting off power to the Air Con so you can lock it. I had the two bedroom master suite that took hours to cool down because of only having one air con. I will not stay here again as the staff did not care abot my concern regarding this matter. They have extra cards to keep the power on, but they refuse to give it to you. The maids and maintenance crew use them.
