We recently spent 3 nights at Villa Kunerad and our expectations were fully met. The hotel is lovely, well furnished and presented. Our room was extremely warm (maybe a bit too much) thanks to the underfloor heating and very cosy. The negatives are the missing shampoo / shower gel from the bathroom (luckily we brought ours) and the lack of blackout curtains. The owner / staff were very kind, answered all our questions, recommended places to go. Breakfast was very nice and filling, in a lovely environment with windows overlooking the mountains.
Extra points for the sledges provided free of charge by the hotel and also a GREAT play area for kids which had helped us to have trouble free conversation in the communal area while the kids were playing. You can clearly see that this was a child friendly hotel and I have to say I do feel sorry we had to leave. We had a brilliant time and I can highly recommend this place to anyone.
