My room was upgraded with no extra charge. I liked the room. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. Front desk is nice and friendly.
What I did not like is that while I was sitting in the living room a random guest opened my door with their key...Mistakes do happen but what if that happened at night while I was sleeping...So that I did not like. Also I have been traveling a lot packing and unpacking and the least thing I wanted someone to knock on my door at 8 am for breakfast or what ever other reason they have been knocking so early. Will I recommend this hotel to my friends and family? Yes, I will. Nice room and comfortable bed. Oh and location is great near the nativity church, milk grotto church, taxi and restaurants. Will I stay there again? I don’t know, maybe.

The hotel looks beautiful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and my room had am amazing view over the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location of the hotel is the best, being so close to the Manger Square and the nativity church. We will come back.
